Refund policy

At FRMD,
we accept returns within [4/7] days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Customized and made-to-order, are non-returnable.

If your return is approved after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
(shipping fees are non-refundable).

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
